To get this sound is kinda tricky but 
here is what I did and found out works best

Whammy On Same Setting 27
Pedal Fully Pressed forward
^ = Bend 1/2 Step Up
TRICKY PART
After you bend up as you are
letting the bend back down
do it slowly while you are doing this
rock the pedal back slowly.
